　　我和爸爸都爬到旁邊的草地上，我們兩個(gè)把雙手撐在草地上。剛才的仰臥起坐搞得我全身力氣都沒了。費(fèi)了九牛二虎之力，終于做完了二十個(gè)，累得我氣喘吁吁。

　　半個(gè)小時(shí)之后，我已經(jīng)累得滿頭大汗，又上氣不接下氣的跑了回家。

　　看來我的力氣還是不夠呀。以后得多多鍛煉嘍。
