　　Most of us have found， some with difficulty， that our sexual feelings contribute beautifully and significantly to our lives if we treat them with respect and if we keep them in reasonable control。 We hurt ourselves and others when we treat these feelings scornfully or express them without consideration of others。 Briefly， if we treat our own sexual feelings with both respect and control， our lives will be reasonably satisfactory with respect to love and sex。 Furthermore， we can more easily teach our children sexual expression with responsibility。
