　　蕭伯納（George Bernard Shaw，1856年7月26日－1950年11月2日），愛爾蘭劇作家，1925年因作品具有理想主義和人道主義而獲諾貝爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)，是英國(guó)現(xiàn)代杰出的現(xiàn)實(shí)主義戲劇作家，是世界著名的擅長(zhǎng)幽默與諷刺的語言大師。他的戲劇性語言尖銳潑辣，充滿機(jī)智，妙語警名脫口而出。他的最著名的劇作有：《鰥夫的.房產(chǎn)》、《華倫夫人的職業(yè)》、《武器與人》、《真相畢露》等。其喜劇作品《賣花女》（Pygmalion）因被 Alan Lerner 改編為音樂劇《窈窕淑女》（My Fair Lady），該音樂劇又被好萊塢改編為同名賣座電影而家喻戶曉。
