留學(xué)基金委所需國(guó)外邀請(qǐng)函模板
向留學(xué)基金委申報(bào)時(shí)必須提交國(guó)外大學(xué)或科研機(jī)構(gòu)的邀請(qǐng)函。正式邀請(qǐng)信/函一般應(yīng)由外方教授/邀請(qǐng)單位簽發(fā)，并使用邀請(qǐng)單位專用信紙打印。邀請(qǐng)信/函應(yīng)明確如下內(nèi)容(若所申請(qǐng)出國(guó)留學(xué)項(xiàng)目對(duì)國(guó)外邀請(qǐng)信有特別要求，應(yīng)按項(xiàng)目要求準(zhǔn)備)：
①基本信息：姓名、國(guó)內(nèi)單位等;
②留學(xué)身份：高級(jí)研究學(xué)者、訪問學(xué)者/博士后研究;
③留學(xué)期限：明確到起止時(shí)間;
④留學(xué)專業(yè)、課題或研究方向;
⑤是否符合接受方外語(yǔ)水平要求;
⑥資金資助情況;
⑦外方負(fù)責(zé)人簽字(含電子簽名)與聯(lián)系方式。

I am writing to invite Dr.*** as a visiting post-doc in the ***Group(課題組) of ***University , for a period of 12 months from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013.
Dr. ** was born in MM dd, yy and received his Ph.D. from the ** College, *****l University. I have communicated with Mr. *** several times and believe that his English level would meet our requirements for a post-doc.
Dr. ***’s expenses in the US including travel, living and health-care for the duration of his visit will be fully covered by the China Scholarship Council. There is no tuition requirement for post-docs. During his stay at **** University, Dr. *** will focus on research related to AAA and BBB in *** under my supervision. Dr. *** will participate several of my ongoing projects, and will collaborate with other team members as well as my graduate students under my supervision.
