１、 Revision (5 minutes)

Give information on the screen and ask the students to act the dialogue in Lesson 9

２、 Presentation (2 minutes)

Ask the students to look at the picture on page 26 and guess what they are doing?

３、 Listening (5 minutes)

Ask the students to listen to the radio and ask them to take down the food they hear in the radio.

４、 Culture study 1 (6 minutes)

Tell the students what order the western people will have their meal. Acquaint them with the concept: soup, main course, and dessert

５、 Functional study (6 minutes)

Ask the students to write down the phrases or sentences they will use when they have a dinner.

６、 Culture study 2 (12 minutes)

Ask the students to find out the differences of eating culture between China and western countries. Introduce the western tableware to the students.

７、 Homework assignment (2 minutes)

Write a passage about the differences between Chinese eating culture and western eating culture, no less than 100 words.
